The Challenge
Villa Nebina is a completely renovated typical Slovenian farmhouse, located in the quiet part of the quaint village Rateče. Restored into four beautiful apartments, it has preserved all the cosiness, beauty, and touch of an old manor house.
Since the renovation, the new owners wanted to start fresh with their own property management system, which will help them automate as much administrative work as possible.
Our goal was to develop a solution that will:
- present Villa Nebina as an attractive & comfortable vacation home in the area
- help owners focus on important tasks by automating administrative tasks
Solution
A booking system powerhouse.
Behind the visually appealing front-end, there is an even more powerful backend, that is built around one core calendar. All website bookings for different apartments are written into the calendar, which also gives property managers the option to manually book or block their own timeframes. All communication about arrivals & payments is automated through the system.
The core booking calendar is also synchronized with external booking platforms, so they can easily expand their marketing efforts on platforms like Booking.com.
