Trgotur is one of the leading human resource agencies in Slovenia, specializing in taking over complete human resource services for small and medium-sized businesses. Even though the company has an excellent reputation with more than 30+ years of experience in the field, they want to grow, adapt to the circumstances, and improve their customer experience.
Based on our analysis of their current work processes, brand identity & complementary graphic elements and web presence, we suggested a complete visual and digital transformation.

A final concept of visual identity derives from Trgoturs’ purpose of existence – connecting and aligning people and organizations. It all starts at the level of every employed individual, which is satisfied and is able to grow in a well-established organization.
The first letter – T, is merged with an icon of a person and represents the brand as a unique and standalone element. A letter T is divided into two parts by an elegant curve, that represents a seamless transition – a bridge between both organizational entities. This invisible force is crucial for the unity of an organization and represents Trgotur.
With a carefully selected palette of colors and strong corporate typography, visual identity stands as an organization that is competent, reliable, and trustworthy.
Because their old technological systems were rigid and difficult to use, a complete digital transformation was a big time saver for the company.
