Medgen is one of the biggest genetic testing centres in Slovenia. They presented us with the challenge of a website redesign, with the goal of utilizing digital marketing strategies and growing their business even more.

During our discovery phase, we’ve established specific keywords with the most organic search traffic and adapted our sitemap architecture & sales copy creation to that. We’ve developed a design system that will help them present as reliable & advanced leaders of the field.
As our main KPI we’ve established the “free introductory meeting”. To make bookings and scheduling easier for the clients we have developed a booking system that automatically communicates with clients & also integrates directly into their Outlook calendar.
Things to notice:
We’ve implemented an advanced user – data tracking system with Google Tag manager, to track & optimise our advertising campaigns for specific goals and conversions.
Based on our website architecture we’ve developed content specific advertising campaigns, which we’ve optimised for the core website CTA.
Our digital marketing strategy was to increase target audience traffic through channels like Google search, as well as social media platforms like Facebook & Instagram.
With the help of our tracking technologies we were able to efficiently retarget visitors and increase our conversion rate even more.
